Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Jonesboro, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Scope of work consists of but is not limited to Exterior improvements of the facade with the replacement of the exterior metal panels, front-entry canopy, windows, monument sign and a new connector between gym & main building. Interior improvements include HVAC replacement, new finishes and low voltage systems. The replacement of the Clayton County Public Schools J. W. Arnold Elementary School located at 216 Stockbridge Road, Jonesboro, GA 30236. Prospective bidders who fail to become prequalified to bid on the Project will not be permitted to bid on the Project and bids submitted by any person or entity that is not so prequalified shall be returned unopened. On or before Thursday, May 30, 2024, by written notice addressed to the prospective bidder at the address set forth on the prospective bidders Statement of Qualification, the Owner will notify each prospective bidder that has timely submitted a Statement of Qualification utilizing the Owner s required form, The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and the right to waive any and all formalities and technicalities.
