Contractor recognizes receipt of the construction documents dated, March 20, 2023, by Duzan Architecture+Design Inc and has reviewed and is familiar with all sheets in the drawing set. Bid pricing shall be inclusive of all scope for bidding package as outlined in this scope of work and in the drawings or shall be noted otherwise on bid quote documents as specifically excluded. F. This scope letter and its content and requirements shall be included as part of the construction documents. G. Contractor shall list all addendums recognized, reviewed and received with the bid. H. New masonry building structure with wood frame truss roof system. I. Building shall meet all International & Illinois Building Code requirements as listed on the drawings. J. Schedule: The JFL Football season 2024 starts at the end of July and will progess until October with facility needs during this time. Concessions must remain accessible. K. Roof pitch is 4/12 typical L. AIA G702/703 Pay Application forms shall be required for all monthly pay requests. They will be due on the 25 th of each month and projected through the end of the month. M. All partial and full lien waivers shall be required throughout and at the end of the project to ensure timely payments. N. If Union Based: A union delinquent report or equal shall be required on file prior to starting onsite. O. All work shall commence while not hindering access other areas of the public space. P. Contractor shall install and maintain all temporary construction fencing as needed when onsite to maintain a secure site, create separation from the public and to allow performance of own work. All gates shall be closed and locked at the end of the day. (Construction fencing installation, maintenance and costs shall be part of this contract) Q. Temporary water, electric and toilets shall be provided by others. R. All deliveries must be coordinated with the Architect/Owners Representative for date and time of arrival. S. All work performed per OSHA regulations and no smoking inside enclosed structure, hardhats at all times, foot protection and shirts with sleeves are required at all times. Safety glasses and other PPE as required for activities. T. Safety Program shall be submitted to Architect prior to commencing onsite work activities.
