As of July 7, 2025 Project Still in Same Status The City of Goldsboro (the "City") is seeking statements of qualifications ("SOQ") from any interested party (the "Design/Engineering Consultant") for design, engineering, and permitting services ("Services") related to the Big Ditch Stream Restoration and Infrastructure Improvements Project (the "Project"). If planning to attend the pre-submittal meeting, please RSVP via email to Jonathan Perry (jperry@goldsboronc.gov) and Leslie Bartlebaugh (leslie_bartlebaugh@ncsu.edu) by 6:00pm EST on May 10, 2024. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
