Renovation of a municipal facility in Knoxville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This work is to be bid only by Small Business Contractors as defined by the KUB Small Business Requirements in Section 00488, Small Business Affidavit of the Prime Contractor. The work consists of minor renovation to an existing office space to include but not limited to new construction of doors, partitions, new acoustical ceilings, and light fixtures, electrical outlets, new communications access, and modifications to an existing HVAC system A.
