Request for a Special Use Permit pursuant to Section 2.03.25 of the Land Development Code to allow for the expansion of the existing JEA Wastewater Treatment Facility within Open Rural (OR) and Industrial Warehousing (IW) zoning, specifically located at 1245 Reclamation Drive. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Scope: The purpose of this solicitation for Blacks Ford Package Plant Site Work (this Solicitation) is to select a vendor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services and incidentals to provide improvements that will support placing the existing package plant back into operation. The Contractor will be required to coordinate work and startup activities with DAVCO, a division of Evoqua. DAVCO will be under a separate contract to renovate, modify and improve the existing facility. The Contractor will be responsible for the infrastructure to pump wastewater to and from the package plant, and DAVCO will be responsible for the process performance as specified herein, and in specification section 11660 Modifications to the Existing Field-Erected Wastewater Treatment System.
