The contractor shall be responsible for the following: o Removal of forty-five (55) old door handles from each unit doors. o Install forty-five (55) Onity Kit (Trillium RFID Lock) hotel style door handles, and locks with software and access cards (box of 200 cards). o Set-up and training On Portal Encoding System with Encoder Programmer.
