North San Joaquin Water Conservation District Covers 150,000 Acres in the North-east Portion of San Joaquin County. The District Facilities Include Water Delivery Pipelines and Related Infrastructure South of the Mokelumne River and in the Vicinity of Pixley Slough and Bear Creek. This Project Involves Installation of +/- 7,560 Feet of 48" Rgrcp Pipe,2 Concrete Irrigation Control Structures and Removal of Existing 36" - 42" Cipp, and Vent Structures. The Project Includes Two County Road Crossings, at Kettleman Lane and Alpine Road, Construction of a 10 Acre Basin Site, +/-3,800 Feet of 24" 100 Psi Pvc Pipe, Basin Discharge Facilites, and Miscellaneous Surface Restoration and Improvements. Proposed start of construction, November 1, 2024. All bid items to be completed by January 31, 2025 Contractor Certifies That He/she is Currently Licensed Under the California State Contractors License Law to Perform All Work Required Under This Contract and is Not an Ineligible Contractor Prohibited From Performing Work on Public Agency Public Works Projects (Public Contract Code Section 6109). A Contractor Who is Ineligible to Work on Public Works Projects Pursuant to Labor Code Section 1777.1 or 1777.7 is Prohibited From Performing Work on a Public Works Project for District. Location - the Work is Located in San Joaquin County, Ca, Approximately 3 Miles East of the City of Lodi. The Warranty Bond Shall in an Amount at Least Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Contract Price as Security for the Faithful Performance of All Contractor's Warranty Obligations Under the Contract. The Entire Cost of the Bond Shall Be Borne by the Contractor. A Bid Bond is Not Required to Bid on This Project. If Awarded a Contract, Contractor Shall Submit a Payment Bond and Performance Bond Executed by a Corporate Surety Acceptable to the District and Authorized to Issue Such Surety Bonds in the State of California in an Amount Equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The Entire Bond Cost Shall Be Borne by the Contractor.
