Exterior Masonry, Waterproofing, Interior HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing Repairs. Location: Roberto Clemente State Park, Bronx NY. Contract term: 14 days. Scope of the work: Investigate existing leaks at all (3) lower level classrooms and Park Managers office, including camera investigations of all drains. Provide drain, drain line, roofing and waterproofing repairs as required. Provide masonry repair and repointing, approximately 3000 SF. Provide new brick masonry to match existing, approximately 600 SF. Provide new caulking at exterior conference room windows. All booms/cranes and protection must be submitted to OPRHP for review and approval. Operators shall meet all NYC DOB requirements. Protection shall be installed at all areas of boom/crane access. Signed and sealed engineered drawings by an Engineer licensed in NYS shall be provided for crane/boom dunnage. Provide new sealant at Stair 1 and kiosk. Remove existing VCT tile and Provide 2000 SF new VCT tile to match existing at upper level Provide a cleaning of all interior ductwork per attached HVAC record drawings, include camera investigations and report before and after cleaning. Furnish and install three additional thermostats for three split AC units Provide new controls wiring at existing HVAC units Install new sauermann pumps at all HVAC units Furnish and install Economizer controls at AC-5 and EF-13 Furnish and install one averaging temperature sensor at AC-5 and EF-13 Furnish and install Modulating Actuator for Exhaust Air Damper at AC-5 and EF-13 Furnish and install low voltage transformer at AC-5 and EF-13 Provide new controls wiring to new thermostats at AC-5 and EF-13 Furnish and install new Low Temp Alarm at AMU-1 Furnish and install Low Temp Alarm Relay at AMU-1 Provide new controls wiring to new thermostats at AMU-1 Provide and install new shelving in Art classroom to match existing. Repair and seal area drain at dance room. Install (2) new sinks and controls to match existing at lower level restrooms, all work must be completed by a plumber licensed in NYS. Provide manufacturer training for operation and maintenance of all HVAC units to park staff, minimum 8 hours. For this procurement, OPRHP requests that Good Faith Efforts are taken to include MWBE vendors where there is subcontracting availability. These efforts should be documented as, if asked, you must be able to produce a record of the actions taken to include MWBE vendors.
