Base Bid: Rehabilitation of the existing 750,000 gallon elevated water storage tank including exterior overcoat, interior wet blast and repaint, interior dry overcoat, along with necessary appurtenances. Alternate Bid No. 1: Complete blast and repaint of water tower exterior. Start date: 10 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed; Substantial Completion: 60 calendar days; Final Completion: 90 calendar days. Opinion of Probable Cost $450,000 - Base Bid; $170,000 - Alternate Bid The successful prime contractor agreesto ensure to the fullest extent possible that at least a 14 percent (6% - MBE; 8% - WBE) Question Deadline 05/31/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
