Buffalo Street Pumping Station Pump Replacement Two Chopping/Macerating Style Submersible Wastewater Sewage Pumps. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Scott Gibson, Assistant DPW Superintendent, Division of Water & Sewer at (607) 272-1717 or by email at sgibson@cityofithaca.org . Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Owner in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda posted on the City's web site at www.cityofithaca.org/bids. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Addenda may also be issued to modify the Bidding Documents as deemed advisable by Owner. The City of Ithaca reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
