The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and the NYC Children's Center - Brooklyn (NYCCC-Brooklyn), located at 1819 Bergen Street, Brooklyn, NY 11233, are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance for Chillers & Ancillary Equipment at the facility. The Scope of Work with preventative maintenance tasks, equipment list, schedule matrix, etc. is detailed in Appendix D of the attached draft contract boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the contract boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Tuesday, May 28 by 3:00pm ET per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, by June 4, 2024. Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBE) Participation Goals for this contract have been set at: MBE - 16%; WBE - 14%. Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SVDOB) Participation Goals for this contract have been set at 6% New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this contract. Contract term: Five years
