Renovation of a municipal facility in Uniondale, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The selected firm will provide Design, Project Management, Hardware, Configuration, Installation, System Testing and Alignment, Training and Maintenance for the Audio-Visual System 1. Video Conferencing: We require a video conferencing solution that is reliable, easy to use, and preferably utilizes Zoom. The system should support high-quality video and audio for seamless communication. 2. Large Video Wall: The installation should include a large video wall capable of displaying four 50" panels. These panels should be able to display different dashboards simultaneously, providing real-time information for crisis management purposes. 3. Cable TV Integration: The AV system should be integrated with cable TV to allow for the display of live news feeds and other relevant broadcasts. Deadline for Questions May 7, 2024 The Long Island Power Authority is soliciting proposals from firms to provide Audio Visual System for the Crisis Management Command Center. Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: 5 years
