SCOPE OF SERVICES The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (CFTOD or DISTRICT) is soliciting proposals from 'qualified' Contractors (Contractor) to provide repair and inspection services to the CFTOD Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) located at the Magic Kingdom Central Energy Plant (CEP) in order to correct known deficiencies and gather data and information through observation, direct inspection, investigation, and indirect monitoring and reporting. The CEP is located at 5300 Center Drive, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830. See Exhibit A for project specific location. The term 'qualified' is defined as any individual, firm, corporation or company that, either in person or through representative, is engaged in and is responsible for the installation, replacement or repair of high temperature/high pressure hot water and steam systems; is experienced in such work and familiar with all precautions required; and has complied with all the requirements of local, state and federal codes and standards, including but not limited to American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Code for Pressure Piping, B31.1 - Power Piping. For all known and found deficiencies, provide cost estimate for repair/correction. An analysis and evaluation of the collected data and information will be completed in a future effort.
