Humble ISD is accepting proposals for our rolling bid for Miscellaneous Services, Repairs, Maintenance, and Installation-District Wide. The Humble Independent School District (District) is issuing a recurring Request for Proposals (RFP) for companies interested in working with the District to provide repair services, maintenance services, installation services and other miscellaneous services to assist our campuses and support departments in the day-to-day operations of our school district. The services and incidental supplies, parts and equipment that may be used under this Request for Proposal (RFP) may be funded with local, state and/or federal-aid dollars thereby requiring that the Vendor/Supplier/Contractor adhere to all pertinent federal, state and local requirements. Humble ISD is a Texas public school district serving approximately 48,000 students across forty-six campuses in grades Kindergarten through 12th. Humble ISD seeks companies to provide Miscellaneous Services, Repairs, Maintenance And Installation Services And Other Miscellaneous Services on an as needed basis or as specified in this solicitation. Each year the Humble Independent School District spends over $50,000 on the above listed items and/orservices that are needed to support the District’s schools and operations. In order for the District to ensure that it finds the best and most competitive pricing for these purchases, the District is requesting responses from qualified suppliers and companies that will provide the District with best value pricing, discounts, and customer service benefits for these types of purchases. This is a Rolling Proposal. Vendors Responses Will Be Evaluated and Awarded Throughout the Term of the Rfp. March 8, 2027 Will Be the Last Date to Respond for Consideration of Award Under This Rfp. Vendors Not Already Awarded, Should Consider Responding to This Proposal Prior to the Above Noted Close Date. This Proposal Will Be Effective From the Date of Award Through July 1, 2027. Questions Pertaining to the Solicitation Process or Related to the Scope or the Specifications Contained in the Rfp Should Be Submitted via the Electronic Bidding Portal by the Deadline Specified Within the Rfp. No Verbal Questions Are Responded to. Answers to All Questions Received Will Be Answered Through the Questions Tab of the Bid. Prospective Vendors Are Responsible for Checking the Website for Posted Questions and Answers. Proposers Are Prohibited From Communicating With District Trustees, Employees, or Agents of the District Regarding This Rfp From the Date of Issue to the Public Until an Award Has Been Approved by the Board of Trustees. All Vendor Communications Regarding This Rfp Must Be Submitted on the Questions Tab in the Online Bidding System. All Questions Received and the Corresponding Answers Will Be Distributed to All Registered Suppliers Through the Questions Tab. It is the Proposers’ Responsibility to Review These Questions and Responses in Order to Stay Informed on Any Clarifications on the Projects. Humble Isd Reserves the Right to Negotiate With Any or All Proposer, Accept or Reject Any and/or All Proposals, to Waive Any Formalities and/or Irregularities, and to Award Contracts in the Best Interest of the District. Humble Isd Does Not Purchase Solely on the Basis of Low Proposal. Final Evaluation of This Bid Will Be Based on the Texas Educational Code 44.031 (B).
