The Project includes construction of the City of Tonasket Perfect Passage - Phase I. The proposed work includes, but is not limited to, the following: o Complete reconstruction of the roadway including curb/gutter and sidewalks o Replacement/upgrade of the existing storm conveyance system and storm structures o Replacement of existing water system and services o Replacement of portions of the existing sanitary sewer system and services o Aesthetical and landscaping upgrades A general description of the Base Bid and Schedule A is as follows: Base Bid: Sta 10+00 - Sta 18+75 Roadway and Storm System Improvements The work generally consists of the following elements: o Demolition of approximately 5,000 SY of asphalt, 4,300 SY of sidewalk, 1,800 LF of curb and gutter. o Removal of existing stormwater, sanitary sewer, and water piping and appurtenances. o Installation of +/- 5,400 SY of HMA, 4,000 SY of sidewalk, 18 ADA Ramps, and 1,600 LF of curb and gutter. o Installation, and testing of +/- 1,200 LF of storm water piping varying in size from 30" to 12". o Installation of street trees, plantings, irrigation, pedestrian lights, striping and signage. o Relocation of existing electrical to below grade. Water and Sanitary Sewer Improvements The work generally consists of the following elements: o Replacement of +/- 250 LF existing sanitary sewer mains including by-pass pumping, manholes, and side services. o Installation and testing of +/- 1,000 LF of new water mains including service laterals, fire hydrants, meter boxes, valves and appurtenances.
