A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Housing Authority is seeking to replace its current security and surveillance system for its forty (40) public housing buildings. The package must be clearly marked with the words "Security & Surveillance System Bid" and include the respondent's company name and return address. All bids must be received at the address and by the deadline stated above. Bids received after the deadline for any reason shall not be considered and will be returned to the sender. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days following the bid submission deadline. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or to waive any informality in the bidding. The successful bidder(s) will be required to execute the Housing Authority's contract within seven (7) days of contract award.
