Site work for a civil project in Ardmore, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
This project consists of approximately 1,000 linear feet of six (6) inch diameter HDPE water line and appurtenances for the SOUTH Giles Utility District. The 2024 BAUGH ROAD BRIDGE WATER LINE RELOCATION Bid Package, Bid Form, Agreement, and other bidding instruments may be examined at the offices of South Giles Utility District. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding and to reject any or all bids. All bids must be made out on the Bid Form bound in the contract documents, and the Bid Form should not be detached from the contract documents. If the bid submitted herewith exceeds $25,000, the Bidders license number and license expiration date must be included on the outside of the envelope. All Bidders shall comply with the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976 and as amended (TCA Title 62). Bids will not be opened from Bidders who have not obtained the contract documents from the Owner. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
