GEUS is issuing this Request for Proposal ("RFP") to solicit proposals from manufacturers ("MANUFACTURER") to supply one substation transformer. The substation transformer is to meet the requirements as identified in Section VIII - SPECIFICATION. Any and all exceptions to the requirements identified in Section VIII - SPECIFICATION must be documented in the Proposal. This Specification intends to describe in complete detail all material provided, as a guideline. It does not relieve the Supplier of his responsibility to provide a complete and reliable product. GEUS is a municipally owned non-opt-in-entity ("NOIE") located in Greenville, Texas. GEUS' total system coincident peak demand in 2023 was 125 MW. GEUS owns and operates six natural gas fueled generation resources and owns eight electrical substations.
