Hamilton County, Tennessee is soliciting sealed bids for the following construction project: West Ridge Trail Road Culvert Replacement (Project # 24-02-04.01) for the Hamilton County Development Services Department, as per specifications. The project consists of demolition of 3 existing 60" CMP pipes and installation of a CONTECH Precast Bridge System or approved equal located at W. Ridge Trail and Dallas Hollow Road intersection, 9133 Dallas Hollow Road, Soddy Daisy, TN 37379 The project herein described is to be completed within 140 calendar days from the date stipulated in the Notice to Proceed No interpretation of the meaning of the bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation shall be in writing addressed to autumnf@hamiltontn.gov. Any questions concerning the bid documents must be received by the designer no less than ninety-six (96) hours before bid opening date. Responses to questions and any supplemental instructions or changes to the bid documents will be in the form of written addenda to the bid documents. No addenda within less than forty-eight (48) hours of the bid opening date, excluding weekends and legal holidays designated in 15-1-101 will be issued. Failure of any bidder to receive any such addenda shall not relieve such bidder from any obligation under his/her bid as submitted. All addenda issued shall become part of the contract documents
