The approximate quantities of the major items of Work are: 131 Lead Water Services and curb stops and boxes The Project will be financed with funds provided by the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) and the Contract Documents reflect requirements by that agency. No bid security is required. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the actual date of opening thereof. This time period may be extended by mutual agreement of the Owner and any Bidder or Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all Bids. SCOPE OF WORK: OPEN CUT CONSTRUCTION: Excavation of earth and sewer, utilities, and improvements, including underground piping/conduit (including inspection, cleaning, restoration, and relining)
