Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hillsdale, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The scope of work includes: - Removal and disposal of the existing two (2) Bryant (or comparable) packaged units - Provision and installation of two (2) all new Bryant (or comparable) packaged units including a fresh air economizer system to maintain all state and local codes for introducing fresh air into the classrooms - All new and existing sheet metal duct and fittings on the exterior to be fully insulated and wrapped - Removal of the existing zoning system in its entirety to pave the way for the installation of a more advanced and efficient control system in order to improve the overall HVAC system performance - Concrete work and excavation to allow for the new units to fit accordingly Will Carleton Academy Board of Directors seeks bids for the removal and replacement of two (2) existing Bryant packaged units. Will Carleton Academy is a tuition-free public school serving children in grade pre-K through 12th grade located at 2001 West Hallett Rd., Hillsdale, MI 49242. Proposals received after the date and time will be rejected. The Academy Board of Directors reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any and all proposals received and to waive informalities and irregularities. Proposals shall be binding for ninety days following the proposal opening date.
