Cover existing cedar siding with vinyl siding at Clearbrook and Sherando Park Outdoor Pool Bath Houses. Cover existing cedar siding with vinyl siding at Clearbrook Park and Sherando Park bath house. Each building approximately 30 x 85' with attached 26' long x 7' high kickouts (x2 per building). Work Location: Clearbrook Park (130 Poolside Drive, Clearbrook, VA 22624) and Sherando Park (201 Splash Avenue, Stephens City, VA 22655) Project start date for Clearbrook Park is September 9, 2024, and Sherando Park September 16, 2024 or at completion of Clearbrook Park project. Contractor has 45 days from mutually agreed start date to complete the project. If project is not satisfactorily completed at end of the 45-day period, Contractor will be charged $100 per day until project completion. ALL QUESTIONS AND QUOTES SHOULD BE EMAILED TO: Cory Smith; csmith@fcva.us The Offeror assigns to the County any and all rights that it may have under the antitrust laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Virginia in any way arising from or pertaining to the Quote. This provision is remedial in nature and is to be liberally construed by any court in favor of the County.
