Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in San Clemente, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Contractor shall furnish and install all equipment in accordance with specifications, plans, codes, and standards. The work includes the installation of the 350KW emergency standby diesel generator (Caterpillar (CAT)) providing redundant back-up power for all building loads which consist of four (4) 400 Amp meter services. The project involves installation of the new generator distribution switchboard (GDB), four (4) auto transfer switches (ATS), and associated conduits, cables, and appurtenances. The existing utility transformer and multi-meter switchgear to remain as is. The normal utility power cable to ATS and load feeder cables to existing load will be intercepted in four (4) meter sections of the switchgear. The scope of work consists of modification to existing switchboard and panelboard, installation of concrete slab and pad, gen stairs and platforms, guard posts, precast drainage trench, concrete curb gutter and asphalt, removal of concrete curb, excavation and disposal and miscellaneous work including irrigation panel relocation, landscaping, duct bank bypass, emergency stop, etc Question Deadline 05/23/2024 at 4:00 PM PT All questions related to this bid solicitation must be submitted in writing via email to Belgin Cuhadaroglu at cuhadaaroglub@san-clemente.org
