The Supplier shall tape/mask off, and cover areas as to keep paint off any non-painted areas located throughout Pontiac's City Hall. The supplier will be expected to do the following: i. The Supplier shall perform all work and labor, Prep Existing Walls, Patching holes, scrapes, and repair divots. Supplier will require Masking, Primer (when required) and Painting, Trim Edging, and moving furniture (as needed). The Supplier will provide all tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and labor. ii. Paint color, sheen, and type of paint will be chosen prior to the painting process. The Supplier will provide the City with sample colors and recommendations that will best suit the City's needs, along with an estimate of time for ordering materials and the application. iii. Thursday May 16, 2024, at 10:00 am EST. A walk through of the areas requiring painting within City Hall will take place. This will allow Suppliers to get a better understanding of the square footage, labor, and equipment requirements for bidding on this RFQ. The meeting and walk through will start in the Lions' Den located within City Hall promptly at 10:00 AM. The walk through is not mandatory but is in your best interest to attend. The Building Superintendent Larry Robinson and Purchasing Assistant John Marsh will oversee the walk-through. The Supplier shall perform all work so that no damage occurs to the building, furniture, or grounds.
