Site work for a water / sewer project in Gering, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a 85,583-square-foot water / sewer project.
Installation of insulated cover for pond Basin 3B. This project will also include an alternate bid for the installation of an insulated cover for pond Basins 1B and 2B. F. Construction Contract Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. Performance and Payment Bond is required on this project The successful Bidder is allowed 120 calendar days to complete the Project from the date of Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages will be assessed at $500.00 for each consecutive calendar day for which the work is not substantially complete and $500.00 for each consecutive calendar day for which all of the work listed on the punch list is not complete. Anticipated Notice to Proceed will be on May 29, 2024 Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Question Deadline 05/15/2024
