The deadline to ask questions is 5/27/2024 10:00 AM CST All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to ENGINEER. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda and mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents. Questionsreceived less than 48 hours prior to time for opening Bids may not be answered The project consists of approximately 1,850 LF drainage channel Improvements with curb wall, 24 LF 9'x3' box culvert with end treatments, 2,000 SF Articulated Block Mat, 6,200 units of A-Jacks, 110 LF water line relocation, 95 LF sanitary sewer line relocation, 60 LF gas line relocation along the south property line of Texas National Guard in the City of Fort Worth and the City of White Settlement City limits line located between Shoreview Drive and the north dead ends from Clyde Street and Bourland Drive. BIDS shall be submitted in sealed envelopes upon the blank form of proposal furnished. Sealed envelopes shall be marked RFP 2024-002 NATIONAL GUARD STORM WATER MITIGATION PROJECT CITY OF WHITE SETTLEMENT, TEXAS. DO NOT OPEN UNTIL 10:00 AM, Wednesday, May 29, 2024 Complete Contract Documents as needed for bidding on the Project may be downloaded free of charge electronically.
