The Town of Nipawin is seeking bids for all labour, materials, equipment and supervision required to grind tree stumps from specific areas throughout the Town of Nipawin as identified within this Tender. Stump Grinding to include the following: a. Tear drop area at the old Nipawin Hospital - Old Highway #35. SE 31-50-14-W2 b. Lions Park - 6 th Avenue West and 6th Street West. R6 Plan BV1944 c. Central Park Grounds. MR 23 Plan 102312414, MR24 and MR25 Plan 102315080 d. Area to the right of Central Park School (behind Central Park Condo). MR26 Plan 102315080 There are approximately 300 stumps included within this tender. a. All stump grinding and cleanup of debris. b. All equipment and materials required for cleanup of stump debris. c. The Town will supply fill material. d. Installing fill material to holes once stumps are removed. e. Stump grinding is not required more than 2-3" below ground level. For further information, bidders may contact Chelsea Corrigan, General Manager of Leisure Services at 306-862-9795. The Town of Nipawin reserves the right to accept or reject any and all tenders and to waive any informality therein. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
