Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Panama City, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified, licensed, Contractors to provide labor and materials for the replacement of an existing 5-Ton Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) system located at the Bay County Government Center, 840 West 11th Street, Panama City Florida, 32401. HVAC system replacement shall be accomplished as per the Scope of Work shown at Exhibit 1. Funding for the project may be made possible through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and is contingent on strict conformance to the guidelines set forth by Federal Procurement and Contract Standards. Respondents will comply with the Federal Regulations Contract Requirements shown at Exhibit 3. Estimated budget is $50,000.00.
