Renovation of a detention facility in Tiptonville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Event Description This This Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the Tennessee Department of Correction (TDOC), Morgan County Correctional Complex (MCCX) for the replacement of twelve (12) guild doors. Services shall include the removal of the current Left-Hand Reverse (LHR) doors, frames and locks, the replacement of the doors, frames, and the installation of all other associated hardware and accessories. The Contractor shall provide written notification to the State upon project completion and shall provide a minimum warranty of twelve (12) months on both parts and labor. Locks are to be supplied by the facility, per the specifications. Any prospective Respondent having questions and comments concerning this ITB must provide them in writing to the Solicitation Coordinator Mike Bentheimer, Department of General Services, CPO, mike.bentheimer@tn.gov All questions must be submitted no later than May 13, 2024, 2pm CT.
