The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, cleaning and painting of a 0.6-million-gallon welded steel water storage tank, appurtenance work, installation of an active mixing system at two tank locations, and preparation of a health and safety plan for the removal of lead paint. Bid Alternate No. I adjusts the work from Fall 2024 to Spring 2025 as defined in Section 01 12 16-Scope and Sequence. Completion time for the project will be calculated as calendar days from the date specified in the "Notice to Proceed" as follows: 90 Calendar Days for substantial completion. 120 Calendar Days for final completion.
