Renovation of a municipal facility in South Bend, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The South Bend Public Transportation Corporation (Transpo) is seeking quotes from qualified firms to provide a quote for Heat Pump Replacement at its Lafayette Facility. The procurement shall follow Transpos policies and FTA requirements for competitive procurement. The successful contractor will be required to comply with the applicable Equal Opportunity Laws and Regulations. Transpo, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended and 49 CFR Part 26, will afford Disadvantaged Business Enterprises full opportunity to respond and will not discriminate against any interested firm or person on the basis of race, color, sex, or national origin in the review of qualifications or contract award.
