The work for which proposals are invited consists of replacing the bridge at ATH-TR315-0.01 with a three span continuous reinforced concrete slab bridge with capped pile piers and capped pile abutments. Bid Bonds shall be accompanied by Proof of Authority of the official or agent signing the bond. A performance bond of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the contract with a satisfactory surety company, conditioned according to law, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract.
