Where Trade Names, Brand Names, Or Manufacturers' Names Are Used In This Project Manual, It Is For The Purpose Of Establishing Kind And Quality And Not For The Purpose Of Limiting Competition. Bidders May Offer Items Or Materials Equal In Quality And Having The Same Durability And Efficiency If The Bidder First Receives Written Approval From The Architect/engineer Prior To The Date/time Of The Bid Opening And Complying With Requirements Indicated In Document 002113, Instructions To Bidders.
