Renovation of a mixed-use development in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The City of Edmonton Non-Profit Housing Corporation (“HomeEd”), is inviting prospective Construction Manager proponents (the “Proponent”) to submit Proposals for the provision of Architecture, Design and Construction Management Services to administer retrofit and rehabilitation work at fifteen (15) HomeEd-owned housing property locations (the “Services”) as further described in the Deliverables section of this RFP. The Services and Work contemplated in this RFP are funded in part by grants provided through the City of Edmonton’s Affordable Housing Investment Program and the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation’s National Housing Co-Investment Fund and will commence immediately upon contract execution with full completion and invoicing before February 2, 2026 without exception.
