Scope of Services The City of Chino ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified firms ("Proposers") to establish a contract for Outdoor Ice Rink RFP#2024-0008. Work provided shall be in accordance with the Scope of Service requirements herein. The City welcomes proposals from all qualified firms. The ice-skating rink shall be a turnkey installation/removal with turnkey management and operation of an outdoor ice-skating rink, as a holiday season special event for the City of Chino. Skating rink shall be open to the general public for recreational ice skating from December 7, 2024 through January 4, 2025. The scheduled hours of operation with the public are noted in the chart below. Schedule is subject to change.
