Demolition of former municipal office - 169 St David St, Mitchell, ON N0K 1N0 The Contractor shall provide all labour, equipment, and materials necessary to carry out the demolition of the former Municipal Office at 169 St David St. Mitchell, ON N0K 1N0. This includes the removal and disposal of buildings, building materials, contents, appliances, trash, debris, basement walls, foundations, sidewalks, steps, driveways, disconnection of utilities, provision, and compaction of backfill material, finishing grading of disturbed areas, installation and removal of safety fencing, as well as the removal of septic tanks and cisterns. The Contractor shall place topsoil and seeding of all disturbed areas. The Contractor will prepare the seedbed, furnishing and installing seed, fertilizer and mulch, maintenance, and guarantee for completed seeded areas, as per OPSS 802. The maintenance period for work shall begin as of the date of the completion of the seeding.
