Town of Wawarsing (Owner) is Requesting Bids for the Construction of the Following Project: Redundant Package Activated Sludge and Clarifier Unit At the Kerhonkson Wastewater Treatment Facility. GENERAL CONSTRUCTION - TWA-221G Furnishing all materials and labor as follows: Furnish, install and remove project sign; site preparation; furnish, install, and remove erosion and sediment control measures; excavation; cast-in-place and precast concrete units; piping and valves; furnishing and installing one (1) combined activated sludge and clarifier treatment unit with all related appurtenances; furnishing and installing aluminum stairs and railings; finished-grading; furnishing and installing rip-rap; furnishing and installing topsoil, seed, and mulch; site restoration including all incidentals. The Project shall be substantially complete within 500 days, and ready for final payment within 560 days
