The City of Martinsville is requesting bids for Tree Service that will take place between July 1, 2024 and June 30, 2025. These quoted prices must not change during this period unless agreed upon by both parties. Below are the categories and services we are requesting. If agreed upon by both parties the City would like to enter into a 3 year contract with 2 additional 1 year renewals. Successful vendor must have have proper permits, proof of business license, insurance, and certifications as required and are the responsibility of the contractor, there will be no fee associated with City's demolition permit. Services: Clear high voltage right of ways Experienced climbers ready and available 24 hours a day 7 days a week Available crews and equipment 24 hours a day 7 days a week Tree and Brush removal Tree removal from Hydro Dam Must be licensed and insured
