**As of August 21, 2024, this project has been awarded to Balfour Beatty Construction, LLC, awarded amount not available.** Scope: ACC is providing a Student Support Center and Welcome Center to the Round Rock Campus. These new spaces will be located in Building 1000 along with renovations to the existing spaces on the first floor. There are also two classrooms on the first floor that will need to be relocated to Building 2000. The project scope includes interior renovations comprising approximately seventy percent (70%) of the first floor of Building 1000 (approximately 15,960 Square Feet [SF]) to provide a new Welcome Center for prospective students and a new Student Support Center along with renovations to the Student Affairs areas, Campus Police, Campus Administration, Duplication and Mailroom. The scope also includes minor renovations to classrooms in Building 2000 to create two large classrooms that will be eliminated from the first floor of Building 1000. The following disciplines will be required to complete the work: demolition, concrete, exterior improvements, rough carpentry, architectural cabinetry, doors and door hardware, gypsum board, equipment installation, ceilings, flooring, batt insulation, painting, solid surface countertops, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, controls, electrical, communications, and electronic security.
