Requests to Contractor for work or services to be performed under this Agreement will be based upon County's need for such services. County makes no guarantee or warranty, of any nature, that any minimum level or amount of services or work will be requested of Contractor by County under this Agreement. By this Agreement, County incurs no obligation or requirement to request from Contractor the performance of any services or work at all, even if County should have some need for such services or work during the term of this Agreement. Services and work provided by Contractor at County's request under this Agreement will be performed in a manner consistent with the requirements and standards established by applicable federal,state, and county laws, ordinances, and resolutions.
