Fort indiantown gap is now access controlled. if you are not a current contractor with badge access, you must stop at the visitors center (map in contract documents) to obtain a day pass that will allow you on base for the pre-bid site visit. please make sure you have a current drivers license, passport, etc. for idenity proofing. this process takes about 10-15 minutes so please arrive at least 1/2 hour/45 minutes prior for your badge. questions are due back by cob 4:30pm est on may 24, 2024. if you have any questions, please email me at trebuck@pa.gov. this project is a standard low bid project and includes: general construction the work under this contract shall generally consist of, but not necessarily be limited to, providing all labor, material, devices, tools and equipment required for the removal of 47 fixed/awning windows on the first and second floor, cleaning and prep of the rough openings for new windows and the installation of 47 new 64" x 64" aluminum fixed glaze windows on both the first and second floor of the building totaling in 1,337 sqft of new window space, located in area 19, fort indiantown gap and shall be in total accordance with the specifications and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of all other contract documents. duration: 240 days from notice to proceed
