Site work and paving for a road / highway in East Donegal Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project includes roadway widening for Donegal Springs Road from Endslow Road to Mansion Lane. Bid bond or certified check for 10% of the total base bid payable to "East Donegal Township" shall accompany each bid; to be forfeited as liquidated damages should the bidder default in execution of the contract within 10 days after notice of award of same. The non-collusion affidavit must be executed and submitted with the bid. A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required. The project cost is greater than $25,000 and shall be bid utilizing PA Prevailing Wage Rates. A completed Public Works Employment Verification Form shall be submitted with the bid package. The Township reserves the right to waive irregularities in, or reject any and all bids. Deadline to submit Questions May 23rd 2024, 5:00 PM EDT. $250,000 - $300,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
