Site work and paving for a civil project in Deerfield, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The Pleasant Lake Preservation Association (PLPA) invites interested contractors to submit a proposal for the installation of stormwater management controls (SMCs), shoreline stabilization, and roadway buffer improvements along the Gulf Road corridor beginning near 12 Gulf Road, Deerfield, NH and ending near 58 Gulf Road, Northwood, NH to reduce polluted stormwater runoff and nutrient loading to Pleasant Lake, Deerfield. All proposals must be submitted on forms supplied by PLPA and all costs submitted shall be broken down for each item. No additional compensation shall be made by the P L P A . Payment for services rendered on this project will not be approved until completion of the work as approved by the landowner or designee. This project is funded by a grant from the NH Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) through the Watershed Assistance Section with Clean Water Act Section 319 funds from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The P L P A reserves the right to reject any and all proposals not conforming to the "Scope of Work" and "Specifications" or deemed not to be in the best interests of PLPA or the Town of Deerfield or Northwood. The PLPA may award the bid items at its discretion. PLPA designees and NHDES staff will evaluate the bids. The contract shall be made only with responsible contractors who possess the potential ability to perform successfully under the terms and conditions of the proposed procurement. During bid evaluation, consideration shall be given to such matters as contractor integrity, record of past performance on similar projects, financial and technical resources or accessibility to other necessary resources. Pleasant Lake, Deerfield, Restoration Plan: Phase III: Gulf Road Shoreline Protection Bid for Implementation of Stormwater Control Measures The successful contractor must submit proof of liability and worker's compensation within (5) five days of the bid award, as set forth in Division V of the "Specifications". If approved, the successful contractor should be available to start this spring 2024.No Bidder may withdraw a Bid within 30 days after the actual date of opening thereof. All work must be completed by August 31, 2024.
