PLEASE DIRECT ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS BID TO BRANDON MCGORRY: E-mail Brandon.J.McGorry@DESC.NH.GOV no later than 4:00 PM on the date listed in the timeline EMAIL YOUR BID TO: Brandon.J.McGorry@DESC.NH.GOV SCOPE OF SERVICES: The Division of Emergency Services has a footprint on sixteen (16) mountain top radio communication shelter locations throughout the state. At six (6) of the shelter locations the Division is looking to install S2 MicroNode Plus w/enclosures systems that will communicate back to main Node in Concord. At the other ten (10) locations, the Division would like additional card access readers to be installed onto the generator room doors to enhance building security; these sites already have S2 systems installed. These radio communication shelters are all located at ground level. The current system provides access control, input monitoring, relay control, and control management. The current system operates on the S2 NetBox access control system and each site has a S2 MicroNode Plus w/ enclosure Vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary and required to perform services as described herein. Except as otherwise provided in this Scope of Services, all services performed under any contract resulting from this solicitation shall be performed between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. unless other arrangements are made in advance with the State. Any deviation in work hours shall be pre-approved by the Contracting Officer. The State requires ten-day advance knowledge of said work schedules to provide security and access to respective work areas. No premium charges shall be paid for any off-hour work. The Vendor shall not commence work until a conference is held with the Division of Emergency Services and Communications to formalize the workplan and schedule. The State shall require correction of any defective work and the repair of any damage to any part of a building or its appurtenances caused by the Vendor or its employees, subcontractors, equipment or supplies. The Vendor shall correct, repair, or replace all defective work, as needed, to complete said work in satisfactory condition, and the Vendor shall repair all damage so caused in order to restore the building and its appurtenances to their previous condition. Upon failure of the Vendor to proceed promptly with the necessary corrections or repairs, the State may withhold any amount necessary to correct all defective work or repair all damage from payments to the Vendor. The work staff shall consist of qualified persons completely familiar with the products and equipment that they will use. The Contracting Officer may require the Vendor to dismiss from the work such employees as the Contracting Officer deems incompetent, careless, insubordinate, or otherwise objectionable, or whose continued employment on the work is deemed to be contrary to the public interest or inconsistent with the best interest of security and the State.
