Provide touchscreen locking control replacement in the housing units and existing facility with new PLC, headend equipment, relays, power supplies, etc. and new touchscreen locking control panels. Field verify all existing locking panel locations and security equipment cabinet locations. Existing systems are as follows but not limited to: a Touchscreen Locking/Lighting Controls b Intercom and paging C CCTV cameras . Provide a Locking Control and intercom system that communicates from Central Control to all control rooms and to all touchscreen units, in the existing facility and new housing. Provide a new IP CCTV camera system in the existing facility. Replace all existing cameras with new cameras. Provide new head-end equipment for all existing cameras and new cameras at the existing Master Control area and housing units as required. Provide new security equipment cabinets including, but not limited to PLC's, I/O cards, CPU's, UPS units, cabinets, switches, relays, terminal strips, power supplies, fuses, LED's, intercom headend, camera headend, etc. Existing field devices, (locks, door position switches, door hinges, intercoms, duress, call-in, etc.) shall be replaced. Existing field wiring shall be replaced unless otherwise noted. Test, adjust and commission the new touchscreen locking control system, new wiring and existing locks, door position switches, call-in switches, intercoms, duress switches, watch tour devices, etc. The contractor shall be responsible for removing all existing locking equipment, switches, panels, consoles, wire etc. Coordinate location ofstorage and removal with the Owner. Ifthe Owner wants to retain any equipment, he shall have the right to keep any existing equipment. Notify the Owner of all equipment to be disposed of. The contractor shall provide a container on site for all material to be destroyed and removed. The UPS system shall be sized for one (1) hour of operation. All existing UPS units shall be replaced with new. New UPS units shall be required in the new housing units. All new components in these specifications shall be UL listed. Provide an additional four (4) years ofwarranty after the initial one (1) year of Parts & Labor warranty has expired. This additional four (4) years ofwarranty will include parts and labor for all equipment installed. The selected contractor must have an office location within 100 miles ofthe jail to service the system after installation. The bid shall be awarded to the lowest and best bidder that is most advantageous to Leflore County.
