Scopes include of testing, surveying, building and site earthwork, asphalt and concrete paving, landscaping, utilities, selective demolition, building concrete, precast concrete, masonry, structural steel, metal panel, roofing, building sealants, rough carpentry, casework, doors, coiling doors, aluminum storefront assemblies, exterior and interior gypsum wall assemblies, tile, acoustical ceilings, acoustical wall panels, flooring, gym flooring, painting, lockers, specialties, food service equipment, gymnasium equipment, bleachers, window treatments, fire protection, mechanical and electrical work. The construction of the project shall begin in May 2025 and will be completed in August 2026.
