This work shall consist of furnishing all equipment, tools, labor and materials and performing all work necessary for cleaning, removing and disposing of all sludge, dirt, gravel, roots, grease and other debris from the existing drainage system which includes culverts, manholes, catch basins and drop inlets as directed by the Engineer. It also includes the televising and digital recording of existing storm drain systems utilizing a color closed circuit television (CCTV) inspection unit to determine the condition of the pipes. Question Submission Deadline: May 17, 2024, 4:00pm Question Response Deadline: May 20, 2024, 4:00pm The term of the contract shall be from Date of Award up to and including August 31, 2025. The contract contains an option to extend on an annual basis beyond its original term for two (2) additional one year periods. The extension of the contract shall be at the same terms and conditions and upon mutual agreement between the Town and the Contractor, made approximately four (4) months prior to the date the contract is due to expire. The Bid security in the sum of: 5% under the section of these Specifications, the Contractor shall furnish a Surety Bond acceptable to the Town in an amount at least equal to 100 percent of the Contract Price as security for the faithful performance of this Contract The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects and to make such awards including accepting a bid, although not the low bid
