Site work for a civil project in Peyton, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of December 3, 2024 project was awarded to Myers & Sons Construction Co but awarded amount is not available. The successful BIDDER will be required to furnish Payment and Performance Bonds and comply with the insurance provision as specified by the Contract Documents. A 5% Bid Bond will be required. TOTAL BUILDING AREA: 5,410 SF Work to be performed generally includes earthwork, concrete placement, utility installation, concrete water storage tank construction, process piping, and site work for a new AWWA D110 concrete water storage tank and all incidental work required to complete the project as specified in the drawings and specifications. Qualifications of the BIDDER should include experience in constructing tanks of this type, utility installation, grading, sitework, the ability to post performance and payment bonds, and ability to deliver the work in conformance with the specifications within the contract time. Question Deadline 11/05/2024 at 2:00 PM MT Questions will be taken and the last addendum will be issued before end of business that same day. However, technical questions must be directed to the ENGINEER. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any irregularities or to waive any technical defects in the bidding process as the best interest of the OWNER may be served. The OWNER also reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
