As of June 12, 2024 this project was awarded to Wheeler Excavation LLC with the awarded amount of $2,287,765.10 County Road Project No bid may be considered for public work unless it is accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a surety bond, postal money order, case, cashier's check or certified check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid proposed The successful bidder will be required to file a performance bond in the full amount of the contract price which bond shall be furnished by a Surety Company acceptable to the Board of County Commissioners. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part of a single bid and to waive all informalities in the bidding.
