As of August 22, 2024, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will rebid but no definite date yet. CONTRACT NO. 4 - ELECTRICAL Work under this Contract may generally be described to include, but not be limited to the following: Temporary facilities & controls; cutting & patching; removal & disposal of existing electrical systems and components as scheduled or required for the execution of the work. Procurement and general requirements; basic electrical requirements; grounding and bonding for electrical systems; hangers and supports for electrical systems; conduit for electrical systems; boxes for electrical systems; identification for electrical systems; lighting control devices; panelboards; wiring devices; enclosed switches; interior lighting; stage lighting systems; horizontal cabling - CAT 6; auditorium audio and video systems; GPS (Primex) wireless clocks; fire detection and alarm; all TL (excluding TL-104), TS and E series drawings; and all other work and related materials as indicated on the Contract Drawings, as specified herein, and as required for the complete and proper execution of the Work within the established time frame. All references to Stage Lighting Contractor and AV Contactor are to be sub-contractors under the Electrical Contractor
